APTA CT’s advocacy work is central to our membership value. Our presence at the CT legislature and instate regulatory agencies is fundamental to our ability to practice. The honorees are being recognized for their commitment to this effort. This year, APTA CT is working on an expansion of our scope of practice to include the ability to refer for DME and imaging as well as removing some restrictions on Direct Access. All net proceeds from this event will support this effort.
