CT Hands and Voices is a non-profit organization for D/deaf and hard of hearing children. Their mission is to offer inclusive, unbiased support, regardless of communication methods or approaches. This is a parent led organization who is committed to equipping families with the resources, connections and knowledge they need to ensure their child’s access to communication and enhance their educational success.
