Chapter Awards and Recognitions

All 5 awards require:

1. Submission Form 

2. Letters of recommendation spotlighting the nominees contributions.  

3. CV or resume if able – it is always a good idea to reach out to employers as they may have this.  Also, if available, a picture of nominee.
